En Inde, un évangéliste a voulu traduire mon livre Amazing Love dans sa langue. Il l'a donné à un homme qui était un bon traducteur. Après un long moment, il a demandé quand la traduction serait prête. L'homme l'avait perdu.
Il l'a donné à un deuxième homme, qui est tombé gravement malade. Un troisième fut dépassé par une inondation et perdit donc la copie. L'évangéliste lui-même a dû fuir pour sauver sa vie dans la même inondation, mais il a réussi à atteindre une petite ville. Il était impossible de s'enfuir de là, car l'eau entourait la ville.
Il a profité de ce temps pour traduire lui-même le livre, et l'ennemi n'a donc pas pu triompher.
Et ils ont tous conspiré ensemble ... pour l'empêcher. Néanmoins, nous avons fait notre prière à notre Dieu ....
Néhémie 4:8, 9
Merci, Seigneur, bien que la bataille puisse être rude, avec Toi, nous nous tenons sur le terrain de la victoire.

In India an evangelist wanted to translate my book Amazing Loveinto his language. He gave it to a man who was a good translator. After a long time he asked when the translation would be ready. The man had lost it.
He gave it to a second man, who became seriously ill. A third one was overtaken by a flood and so lost the copy. The evangelist himself had to flee for his life in the same flood, but was able to reach a little town. It was impossible to get away from there, because water surrounded the town.
He used that time to translate the book himself, and so the enemy did not conquer.
And conspired all of them together ... to hinder it. Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God ....
Nehemiah 4:8, 9
Thank You, Lord, that although the battle can be severe, with You, we stand on victory ground.
